Prom Consultation Fee

Must be paid in advance to schedule a consultation, non- refundable, non -transferable, cannot be exchanged for products, used as a store credit - FINAL SALE! 

All custom designs require a consultation.  Consultations can be done virtually or face to face. 

The consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of the gown.

A deposit of 60% of the cost of the gown must be paid during the consultation to secure your spot in production and to secure the price that you were quoted.

If you cannot pay the full deposit you can pay a holding fee. This will hold your spot for 14 days until you are able to pay the deposit in full.

The holding deposit and the deposit are non refundable, non transferable, and cannot be used in lieu of any other service or product.

The consultation includes:

• Contract to protect you and PINK LUCY 
• Measurements
• A sketch of the design
• Fabric selection
• One on one with the designer and/or asst designer
