About Our Business

We are not an online boutique or a design house.

Every garment is made-to-order, crafted specifically for you in-house at our U.S. manufacturing facility. This ensures a high standard of quality, exclusivity, and craftsmanship.

Production Timeframe

All orders are made to order and require 20 to 40 business days for production before shipping.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

🚫 

No Cancellations or Refunds

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
  • We do not offer refunds.
  • If a return is approved, store credit only will be issued — no exceptions.

📦 

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Returns are only accepted with prior approval and apply to eligible items only.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit (minus a 25% restocking fee).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed.

Final Sale Policy

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:


  • Custom apparel or made-to-measure items
  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship after the 20–40 business day production period.
  • Standard shipping timelines apply once your item has shipped.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy.

Sizing & Order Accuracy

  • Please review size charts, garment descriptions, and customization options before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to customer error.


🔁 PROMOTIONS: SPIN-THE-WHEEL OFFER



  1. One-Time Use: Spin-the-Wheel discounts are valid for one-time use only per customer and per order.
  2. Immediate Application Required: The discount must be applied during the same browsing session. It cannot be saved or retroactively applied.
  3. Cannot Be Combined: Promo discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, including flexible payment plans or previously discounted items.
  4. Final Sale: Orders processed using a Spin-the-Wheel discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, order adjustments, or payment method changes after processing.
  5. Availability: The Spin-the-Wheel promo is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

 

💳 FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTION: DEPOSIT PAYMENT PLAN

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and secure your item for production.
  2. Remaining Balance: Customers will be notified when their order is ready to ship. At that time, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the item is released.
  3. No Discounts on Deposits: Discount codes, promotional offers, or Spin-the-Wheel discounts may not be applied to orders using the deposit payment option.
  4. Payment Window: Final payment must be made within [7/14/30] days of notification. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  5. Order Processing: Orders will not enter final production or shipment until payment is completed in full.
